In the evening on May 17,2013, BNU Business School held the “Open A Window For Career Development: Professional Trainer Training Camp Presentation” Seminar in Classroom 1620. The MBA Education Center invited Teacher Yang Wenli to deliver a wonderful speech about career development of professional trainer to all students. Zhang Xiaona, the career development director of MBA Education Center, presided over the Seminar.

Teacher Yang is the MBA lecturer of Peking University Guanghua School of Management as well as the founder of China Trainer Center. She has also written and published Career To Happiness, a best seller. She is now working as the SASAC special management expert, the chair lecture of many consulting companies including Alliance PKU Management Consultants Ltd and Adfaith Management Consulting Inc., the chief lecturer of QG.com.cn, the chief consultant of trainer training camp, and the guidance specialist of top business schools in China.
During the Lecturer, Teacher Yang started from the seven trends of current enterprise management training and explained the talents selection standards and corresponding wages in details in order to offer some insights of professional trainer for students. She also conducted vivid and practical analysis about issues of the concerns of students, for example, living rules in society and career development path. Her introduction about the necessity and practicability of joining the trainer training camp presented students with a more comprehensive view of the occupational area of professional trainer. In the Lecture, Teacher Yang elaborated the competency model of professional trainer and delivered her advices and suggestions about helping students become responsible trainers by lessons in trainer training camp. In the end, Teacher Yang adopted 26 English letters from “A” to “Z” to vividly describe career features of professional trainer. Her wonderful speech impressed students and evoked a heated discussion among the attendees.

In the Lecture, students listened carefully and participated the discussion actively, warming up the atmosphere. Many of them came into contact with the emerging industry that is suitable for the career development of MBA students, enriching the choice of students in the process of job selection and transformation.
