To students who will participate in thesis defense for graduation:
Please see the specifications of thesis writing in the attachment. The following arrangements are listed in detail.
Please send the electronic versionof yourdissertation of to bnumbawx@163.com before March 19th. The mail subject and the dissertation file should be both named in the form of Student ID Number+Name+Final Dissertation. Do make sure that you send the email properly and the feedback will also be sent back by e-mail.
Please submit two copies of the printed dissertation and the application form (the signature of your tutor is required) before March 19th, 8:30 to 14:00.

The user name is your student ID number and the original password is your date of birth, in the form of YYYYMMDD. In case you fail to log in, please contact Ms. Wu. (Tel: 58807820)
Click on “Graduate Degree”-“Degree Application”.
Click on “Submit Application”.
Input your information (before March 23rd).
Notices:
Items with star (*) must be filled.
Please save the application before submission.
You need to log in to the system to fill in the application of thesis defense as the dissertation is being examined.
Your grade will be posted in the system.
Submit the required printed versions to Ms. Su on March 19thtomake sure that your defense wouldn’t be delayed.
