Li Guohui's lecture on The Reality and Future of Digital Transformation of Chinese Enterprises Was Successfully Held

On the evening of December 7, 2024, the 39th lecture of the "Digital Economy and Management Lecture Hall" of BNUBS, titled "Internal Digital Transformation and Technological Development Trends of Enterprises," was held in the lecture hall of the Electronic Building. This lecture specially invited Li Guohui, Director of High Tech Industry Solution Architecture for SAP China, to give a lecture. Zhou Jianghua, Director of MBA Education Center, presided over the lecture, and Li Jing, Deputy Director of MBA Education Center, and more than 120 undergraduate, master's, and doctoral students from the School attended to listen.

Li Guohui first pointed out that digital transformation is a process of balancing contradictions and unity. Then, he focused on 14 digital transformation practice cases from different industries connected by the cognitive pathway of starting point, ecology, core, and going out、 AI. He first introduced examples such as Procter&Gamble's DSTC model and ANTA's DTC model to illustrate the digital transformation of the fast-moving consumer goods industry starting from problem-solving. Later, he explained the ecological hierarchy model of digital service industry and the industrial Internet plan of manufacturing industry, and introduced the industrial Internet platform of Zhongke Cloud Valley and the German manufacturing X industrial interconnection platform. Li Guohui shared cases of Bright Dairy and Lenovo, pointing out the new digital core from value chain management to intelligent operation. He also sorted out the process of high-tech enterprises going global and the path of global operation, and analyzed how AI can help pharmaceutical research and development and digital transformation in the medical field. Finally, he explained the digital characteristics and current situation of Chinese enterprises, as well as the essence of digitalization.
