On December 14, 2023, some teachers and students of our School visited Didi Chuxing Technology Co., Ltd. under the leadership of Qi Yudong, Jiao Hao, Tang Honghong and Li Lun.

The staff of Didi Chuxing Technology Co., Ltd. introduced in detail the company's achievements in five aspects: business development, industrial depth, future exploration, security construction and social responsibility. Through the application of intelligent digital technology and Beidou high-precision intelligent parking technology, Didi has realized automatic monitoring, optimal price adjustment, accurate parking and other functions, providing technical support for the field of online car hailing, service enhancement, dispatch and heat system, ride-sharing service, Didi Qingorange and other travel businesses. The company led the construction of intelligent charging piles in the community, opened up the new energy vehicle service sector, and promoted the in-depth development of the industry. With the demonstration of autonomous driving technology and new concept cars, teachers and students appreciated the company's commitment to future technology exploration. The company's ten safety rules realize the closed-loop control of Didi Company before, during and after the realization of safe travel. The Orange Fruit program dedicated to helping employees with difficulties shows us that Didi practices the values of humanistic care and fully demonstrates the efforts it has made in promoting high-quality development.

Yang Shuai, Xiao Haiyan, Zeng Xiaoxi and An Guiwen, vice deans of the Development Research Institute of Didi Chuxing Technology Co., LTD., had a discussion and exchange with teachers and students of our School, and further introduced the major events since the establishment of Didi, such as taxi software, online car booking, one-stop travel platform, and internationalization. They have successfully built the current digital transportation city, showing the company's strategic concept of "not only taxi software, but also carrying the innovation and application of science and technology", and we can see that the company has actively responded to the national strategic call, practicing the mission of taking part in scientific and technological research and social responsibility. In the symposium, teachers and students of our School had in-depth discussions with Didi on issues such as industry competition and computing power "jam neck", analyzed the deep-seated reasons, and provided excellent practical cases for students to discuss and study the development of digital enterprises.

Through this visit and learning activity, the students saw the profound changes of digital science and technology on China's automobile and transportation industry, felt the facilitation and efficiency of life brought by the multi-scenario application of digital technology, and realized the broad development prospects of digital economy. This activity allowed students to enhance their understanding of digital products and services incubated by digital technology, and aroused students' strong interest in continuing to study and research digital economy and management.
