In the in-depth study and implementation of a series of educational activities on the theme of Xi Jinping Thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era, the Party Committee of BNUBS found that teachers generally reflected that there were few opportunities for communication and interaction, and team building was relatively weak. In response to this problem, under the leadership of the Party Committee of BNUBS, the union of the School has combined the hobbies and talents of the majority of teachers, and since April, it has established a variety of intra-school associations, including the air volleyball Association, calligraphy association, table tennis Association, dance association and the "mind is science" workshop to carry out regular activities.

The Air Volleyball Association activity time is every Wednesday noon 12:00-13:00, the venue is at Qiu Ji Guan Gymnasium. The Air Volleyball Association invites the president of the Faculty Air Exhaust Association, Associate Professor Li Weidong of the School of Physical Education and Sports, and the former president Teacher Yan Lin as instructors. The presidents were Yang Haijia of the Undergraduate Academic Affairs and Duan Lingzhi of the Finance.

The activity time of the Calligraphy Association is 11:45-13:00 every Thursday, and the venue is at 9408 of JINGSHI HOTEL. The main content of this semester is the writing and practice of the soft script style, and the routine is the famous script - Ouyang Xun "Jiucheng Gong Li Quan Ming". The Calligraphy Association invited students majoring in calligraphy from the College of Arts and Media to serve as instructors. The presidents are Gao Jingjing and Wang Dan.

Table Tennis Association activities are held every Thursday from 12:45-13:45 at 1623, the rear main building. The main content of this semester is to strengthen the training of table tennis and strive for good results in the table tennis competition organized by the Trade Union. Guo Ji, Associate professor of the Department of Accounting, serves as the supervisor and president, and Wang Wei, director of the school office, also serves as the president.

The Dance Association activates every other week, from 12:00 noon to 13:00 on Friday, and the venue is at 1623 in the rear main building. The main content of this semester is to learn elementary jazz dance. Yang Dan, associate professor of Accounting Department, is the instructor and president, and Li Tingting, of the School Office, is also the president.

The "Mind is Science" workshop is held every other week on Tuesdays 11:45-12:45 p.m. at 1623, Rear Main Building. The first stage of the workshop is themed "Mindfulness Meditation" and invites professional coaches to teach the knowledge and methods of mindfulness meditation. The president is Ms. Li Yingshu, Associate Director of the union of BNUBS, and Ms. Li Ani, the alumni director.

At present, the participating members of each association are as few as ten, as many as twenty, covering more than half of the faculty of the School. In the future, according to the needs of teachers, in addition to regular activities, each association will also carry out special special activities. The various associations established by the School Union have built a platform for teachers to communicate and interact, promoting the physical and mental health of teachers and improving the cohesion of teachers' teams.
