In order to strengthen the construction of the team of counselors, comprehensively improve the management level and professional literacy of the class teacher, and give full play to the important role of the class teacher in school education and management, on the afternoon of October 25, 2023, BNUBS held the 2023 class teacher post training meeting in the conference room on the first floor of the library. The meeting invited Sun Zhijun, Secretary of the Party Committee of BNUBS, Ni Jiaqi, Associate Secretary of the School Youth League Committee, and the class teachers of the School as well as master and doctoral students to attend the meeting. The meeting was chaired by Han Lili, Associate Secretary of the Party Committee of the School.

At the meeting, Teacher Ni Jiaqi gave a theme lecture "How to carry out class education management work close to Generation Z". First of all, she makes a portrait of the young students from the four aspects of their personality, world outlook, life outlook, values, experience and needs, and puts forward the ways and methods that the head teacher should adopt to carry out class work in combination with the four aspects. Secondly, she pointed out that it is necessary to be skillful and diligent, implement the responsibility of ideological and political education and value guidance, and do a good job as a planner and navigator of the class. Based on her own experience of class leadership, she illustrated how to embody value leadership in daily management, improve class autonomy, and enhance class cohesion and centripetal force. Finally, she pointed out that we should keep to innovation, make good use of ways and means to understand the characteristics of students in the class, and spend time with students.

Ms. Han Lili reiterated the job responsibilities of class teachers and the relevant requirements of management assessment for class teachers; The emphasis is on the implementation of safety and stability work, to take the form of holding themed class meetings and dormitory visits, combined with students' daily performance, strengthen heart-to-heart talks with classmates, understand each student's ideological trend and behavioral trend, pay attention to students' academic performance and emotional state, and do research and judgment in advance.

Then, the full-time counselors of the student work office Wang Jun, Lan Rujia, Gao Jingjing, Li Lun and Zhang Huilin gave key tips for the class teacher's student work on party building work, mental health and safety and stability, student assistance and recruitment, career planning, academic guidance and counselor assessment.

Finally, Secretary Sun Zhijun made a concluding speech. He affirmed the hard work of class teachers for the School's student management, and put forward two requirements for class teachers: The first is to ensure investment in time and energy, and fully participate in understanding students in a good and efficient way; The second is to explore the characteristic class management style of the School to form the brand and label of BNUBS.

This meeting enabled the class teacher of BNUBS to have a more accurate grasp of various work priorities, which contributed to the smooth development of various class activities in the new semester, promoted the smooth progress of the School's student work and the construction of the class teacher team, and helped the School to build a"All-round Education" system and a working mechanism for the integration of the five education.
