A Delegation from the School of Economics at Zhejiang University of Finance and Economics Visited our Institution for Exchange and Discussion

On the morning of December 11, 2024, a group of five people including Wang Ling, Associate Dean of the School of Economics at Zhejiang University of Finance and Economics, Deng Xiaojun, Associate Dean of the School of Economics at Zhejiang University of Finance and Economics, Xu Liling, Associate Secretary of the Party Committee and Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission, Feng Kuo, Director of the International Trade Department and Pan Maomao, Director of the Industrial Economics Teaching and Research Office of the Digital Economy Department, came to our School for exchange and discussion. Dean Qi Yudong, Associate Dean Wei Hao, Tong Luqiong, Associate Director of Digital Economy and Management, and Office Director Wang Wei attended the symposium and exchange meeting.



Qi Yudong, on behalf of the School, welcomed the delegation from the School of Economics at Zhejiang University of Finance and Economics to our School for exchange, and introduced the School's historical development, discipline construction overview, internationalization and talent cultivation, faculty composition, student work achievements, and other aspects. Associate Dean Wei Hao andAssociate Director Tong Luqiong elaborated in detail on the professional characteristics, core curriculum design, basic textbook construction, and teaching and research practices of the Department of Digital Economy and Management.

Wang Ling expressed his gratitude for the warm reception of our School and introduced the specific situation of the discipline structure and faculty composition of the School of Economics at Zhejiang University of Finance and Economics. Subsequently, both sides conducted extensive and in-depth exchanges and discussions on specific aspects such as discipline construction, teaching management system, faculty building team, research platform construction, and talent cultivation strategies.

This research and exchange activity not only deepened the understanding between the two academies, provided an opportunity for them to learn from each other, but also laid the foundation for future cooperation between the two academies in more fields, achieving resource sharing and mutual benefit.
