In order to implement the theme education of learning and implementing the Xi Jinping Thought of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics in the New Era and the activities of "I do practical things for teachers and students", and promote the combination of theme education and comprehensive and strict Party governance, BNUBS held a special lecture on financial system in the afternoon of May 17, 2023 in the conference room 9406 of the JINGSHI HOTEL. The speaker of this lecture is Ms. Wang Yue, Finance Office of the School. More than 40 people, including teachers and students, attended the lecture.

Teacher Wang first introduced the staff setup and specific division of labor in the finance office of the School, focused on the "Beijing Normal University Financial Service Manual (2020 edition)" and the business handling tips of the Accounting Center of the Finance and Economics Department, and explained the requirements for filling in the School financial approval form template and labor fee description template. Then, she introduced in detail the materials and matters needing attention for the reimbursement of fixed assets, travel expenses, conference expenses, training expenses, transportation expenses, books, office supplies, mailing fees, student activity fees and other expenses, and introduced the relevant standards, declaration procedures and matters needing attention for labor declaration. Finally, she stressed the importance of standardizing financial management and observing financial discipline, and gave warning education to the teachers and students attending the meeting through vivid cases.

Subsequently, Mr. Chang Xinyang, secretary of the Youth League Committee, emphasized the points for attention in the reimbursement of student activities from the aspects of reimbursement content, reimbursement materials and requirements, and reimbursement process. Student Affairs Assistant Teacher Kang Haoran explained the reimbursement of the Party building fund, class building fund and dormitory construction fund projects. Ms. Wang Yue and Ms. Duan Lingzhi of the finance office of the School gave patient and meticulous answers to the questions raised by teachers and students.

Through this training, the participating teachers and students have a clearer understanding and profound understanding of the financial policies and requirements of the School, and to a certain extent, improve the ability to handle daily financial reimbursement and labor declaration affairs.
