In order to vigorously carry forward the spirit of scientific research of seeking truth and innovation, create a good atmosphere of academic exchange and academic contention between teachers and students and between postgraduates, encourage postgraduates to forge ahead and innovate in the academic field, and fully display the academic research style and academic innovation achievements of the graduate students of the School, on the evening of April 3rd, 2023, the 10th Graduate Academic Forum of BNUBS was successfully held in Teaching Building Ⅱ.

The Economic Forum was held in Teaching II 101. 31 articles were submitted and 8 were exhibited. The experts present were Professor Yang Chengyu (group leader), Associate Party Secretary Han Lili, Teacher Xiang Hongyu, Teacher Xu Licheng and Teacher Gao Jingjing. The host was Guo Rui, a 2020 PhD student. Each student presented a detailed paper report and experts made sincere, accurate, humorous and wonderful comments on the students who spoke. Teacher Yang Chengyu's way of telling stories and commenting pushed the forum to a climax and the forum ended it in laughter. Finally, the experts presented awards to the students and took group photos.

The Management Forum was held in Teaching II 108. It has received 11 articles and displayed 5 articles. Experts present included Associate Professor Zhou Jianghua(Group leader), Associate Professor Guo Ji, Associate Professor Xu Zhixing, Associate Professor Li Ran and Teacher Sun Changling. The host was Teacher Li Lun. The Students made detailed reports and demonstrations and experts made professional comments. In the part of giving comments, experts and teachers, based on their own experiences, had in-depth conversations about how to select topics, how to make theoretical contributions and how to improve their writing ability, and called on and encouraged students to do meaningful and in-depth research on innovation management. In the end, the experts gave awards to students.

The participants had full exchanges with experts. The 10th Graduate Academic Forum was also the most attended one so far. The forum also attracted undergraduate students to attend, showing the passion and interest of economics and management students in scientific research. It is hoped that with the help of the platform of Graduate Academic Forum, students will adhere to the spirit of "inspiring and pursuing learning, seeking truth and innovation", gather academic enthusiasm, temper academic toughness, pay more attention to the study of professional knowledge and the cultivation of academic innovation ability, and make better research results.
